Off Topic, Creativity Section, and Pokemon TCG Topic

Well, I thought it would be kind of nice if we had a creativity section and an off topic section.

Off Topic would have topics like:

Entertainment
Polls
Games (does not effect post count)
Clubs
Technology
Other Games
Other TCG

As for the Creativity Section, it's topics would be:

Art Gallery - Sub Forums - Pixel Art | Graphics & Photography | Graphics Contests
Writing - Sub Forums - FanFic | Poetry
Roleplaying

And of coarse, just a simple Pokemon TCG topic.
