Contest rules have the same rules as the community rules AND some of their own.
NO making dumb contests like, "lolz man, who can SPAm teh most is the winerr"
You have to have an Award Banner for the winner to put in the winner's avatar to host a contest.
ONLY commenting, judging, and entering are allow. SPAM is not tolerated.
