You know how in the first generation games when you used wrap, the opponent couldn't attack? Lets think of all the cheap moves that appeared in the first generation games.

Super effective on TV.
My friend just used wrap and toxic together, and then the opponent died.
But Fissure and Horn Drill in TMs? Now that is cheap.
