Pokemon Catch?

Did you notice that Ash caught Caterpie and Pidgeotto in one episode, and in the same episode, Caterpie evolved?

Did you also notice that Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle were caught in consecutive episodes? Then Ash caught Krabby in the next episode.

You also know that Ash beat two gyms in less than 10 episodes, while in sinnoh, it took him about 40.

I think they wanted to make the seasons longer and better. :\
They are just longer and boring with same good episodes now.

I think they want to make it so that there seems to be more PKMN trainers with a wide variety of pokemon.

And don't forget contests, Pokeringer, etc.
