Best moveset- Gabite

I have a gabite on lv 35 and his stats are:
Attack-73
Defense-50
Sp. Attack-44
Sp. Defense-53
Speed-81

Ability:
Sand Veil

Nature:
Hasty

Moves:
Slash
Dragon Rage
Shadow Claw
Dragon Claw

And i don't know what move set he should have (i'm going to have Garchomp later)

Keep Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, and Slash, when it evolves, go to Move Tutor and Teach it Fire Fang. I have a Garchomp, but It knows Dragon Rage instead of Shadow Claw, and it has Fire Fang.

Since it is strong, use Vs Seeker anywhere, they should have Lv 40's. I had a traded Gible, which made it easier...

Where is the move tutor? And i'm using No$gba.

You have to have a Garchomp first, then go to Pastoria with a Heart Scale, and then go into a house and recover Fire Fang.
